In February 2017, the Government of Indonesia established JOPPP to coordinate the PPP activities of seven ministries and government entities, and provide an integrated information and knowledge center for PPP across Indonesia.
BAPPENAS is seeking AP3F’s technical assistance to develop the JOPPP website, design PPP screening procedures, and apply them to the social infrastructure projects of three GCAs: MOH for health, as well as MORTHE and MORA for education.
-
Component 1/JOPPP website: a concept paper and options analysis will be prepared.
-
Component 2/Project screening and selection: guidelines will be drafted for the education and health sectors; once approved, the guidelines will be used to prioritize 14 projects already shortlisted by MOH, MORA, and MORTHE.
-
Component 3/Project definition; 4 outline business cases will be prepared for the top-ranked projects of MOH (2), MORA (1), and MORTHE (1).
By 2019: at least one social infrastructure project (health and/or education) receiving AP3F support is tendered.
