AP3F assists DMCs in preparing commercially feasible projects with private sector engagement and bringing them to financing markets. It also provides upstream enabling assistance such as capacity building and policy reform, as well as ongoing project performance assistance, including project monitoring and/or project restructuring.
The Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility (AP3F) is a multi-donor trust fund that provides technical assistance to promote public-private partnerships. It aims to increase infrastructure development and enhance the quality of infrastructure in Asia and the Pacific, and commits to contribute to the shared and common goals of climate change mitigation and adaptation, and gender equality.
