In December 2017, the Department of Finance issued a press release announcing that it “would like to support [the] use of the United Nations-backed SOURCE database for PPP projects. […] Participating in the SOURCE platform increases visibility of infrastructure projects to government partners, multilateral institutions and global investors.”

Hold workshops with the target beneficiaries to present discuss and agree the general framework for the development and implementation of SOURCE;

Deliver intensive PPP training workshops to the PPP Center staff and help them undertake the APMG PPP Certification Foundation Exam;

Train up to 10 PPP Center staff to become PPP trainers for the public and private sectors;

Develop the following Project Information & Management System (PIMS) features: project definition module in line with the APGM PPP Guide, timeline functions, “lessons learned” module, reporting functions;

Train target beneficiaries about SOURCE use; and

Link PIMS to the PPP Center website.
By 2022: at least three projects developed into SOURCE reach commercial close.
